The machine has working hour counters to activate reminders for maintenance of the machine. These reminders are displayed in the alarm table; however, they are not blocking alarms that prevent a new cycle from starting, but they last until the corresponding maintenance is performed.

Italmatic strongly recommends to not ignore these warnings and to not use the machine without proper maintenance.

When the reminder “AUTOCLAVE MAINTENANCE” is displayed, with stopped machine, the machine needs the annual check performed by technical personnel authorized by Italmatic.

Once performed all the tests the user can reset the relative hour counter.

In HMI touch panel equipped machines go in Menu > Settings > Maintenance > General and press the RESET button on the “Autoclave” list item.
In SCADA equipped machines go in Menu > Settings > Maintenance > General and press the RESET button in the “Autoclave” section.
