the water temperature is rising because the chiller is not cooling. In the Ferroli's manual E8 means Water flow failure.

1. You need to check that all shut off valves of the water circuit are completely open.
2. Check if the water filter needs cleaning. Make sure there is no air in the system (purge air).
3. Check the water pressure. The water pressure must be >1 bar.
